 We are not responsible for any damage to any cosmetics after pick-up, delivery, or shipping. If you are not satisfied with your order after shipping, we advise you to contact True Beautify via email. We make sure that every order has love and care put into it, so we expect you as the client to be responsible for providing the proper care for the cosmetics such as a good temperature and clean space. If any product handed to you is damaged we will take it back and give you a total refund. However, after the product is accepted we will automatically assume that the person who accepted the order damaged the product. 

True Beautify does not give refunds unless the customer has precise evidence that we as a loyal company gave you a broken one in the first place. Whoever picks us the order has to accept all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cosmetics once it leaves the possession of True Beautify. 

True Beautify provides fantastic cosmetics in a suitable time frame. We guarantee that your product will not only look perfect but will taste perfect as well!! If you are not pleased with your product please let us know when you accept your order. Once your order is accepted, refunds will not be taken into consideration.

All of our cosmetics are made in a safe environment. We clean all of our supplies before and after creating our product and try our very best to make sure all ingredients are. But, although this is true, we advise you to let us know if you have any allergies such as coconut oil, flavoring oils, etc. If you would like to know a list of all the ingredients that go into our lip gloss and lip scrubs please contact us via email. To add on, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions that might occur regarding our product. 

We respect the privacy of all our customers. However, we reserve the right to take pictures of any lip gloss, lip scrub, etc, and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing. We also have the right to use any photographs for display without consent from you.
